IT Service Desk Analyst

The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to users by handling break-fix issues and managing user provisioning tasks. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing user accounts, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Farmington Hills, MI (100% onsite)
Pay rate: $23-27/hr W2 plus benefits
W2 contract (no C2C)
What’s the Job?

Provide first and second-level support by handling incoming queries and help requests from both internal and external customers per service level standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Escalate issues to the appropriate subject matter expert and or management when necessary.

Administer user provisioning and related access permissions for designated organization systems.
What’s Needed?
-
3+ years IT Service Desk experience including Windows 11, Freshservice and MS Teams
-
Experience with Windows desktop OS, mobile OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other IT systems.

Experience with virtual desktop tools and software.

Strong sense of urgency, organizational, and communication skills.
-
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization, and with external customers.
