Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The Finance Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our financial systems, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency in supporting the company's financial operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain financial systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation, integration, and enhancement of financial systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to identify system requirements and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to finance team members and other stakeholders on system usage and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment in collaboration with IT.
  • Analyze and streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate and distribute financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with financial systems such as ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA).
