In This Role, You Will:
Support the daily operations of the branch office by engaging with clients and ensuring that loan documentation is systematically organized. Interns will rotate through various offices within the designated region, gaining exposure to diverse office settings and customer demographics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome clients and provide necessary assistance, directing them to the appropriate personnel to fulfill their needs.
- Handle incoming calls, provide information, and document correspondence in the system as needed.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients regarding the status of their existing accounts.
- Complete and organize documentation related to the loan closing process.
- Ensure all client information is accurate and current in the electronic data management system.
- May undertake additional tasks based on market demands and staffing requirements to maintain high-quality customer service.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Junior or Senior status in a four-year degree program or a completed bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods, reach with hands and arms, and communicate verbally. The employee may occasionally need to stand and walk. The role may require lifting and/or moving up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
