Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”
This role is responsible for developing new business in the Eastern third of the state of Oklahoma, including the Tulsa metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Branch Manager (remotely)
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting
Compensation:
- $55-60,000 annual base salary + commission
- Commission averages $30,000 the first year
- Guaranteed commission of $1,250 for the first 6 months
- Quarterly bonus potential plus additional bonuses for each new customer (first year sales managers average around $14,000 annually in bonuses)
- Total annual compensation averages around $100,000+ the first year

Qualifications:
- Industrial capital equipment sales experience
- Experience with prospecting and building new business
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
