About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in the region. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing a sales growth strategy, building relationships with channel partners and end-users, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales growth strategy for the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and end-users
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or agriculture
  • Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the flow instrumentation industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
