En Baufest queremos mejorar la vida con tecnología, por lo que nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Operations Specialist and Level 2 Support Jr para sumarse a un desafiante proyecto.Si cuentas con 1 a 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar y tu nivel de Inglés es avanzado, te invitamos a postularte.Reponsabilidades:•Análisis y resolución de incidentes teniendo en cuenta criticidad (SLAs definidos)•Generación de documentación de procesos y resolución de incidencias•Monitoreo de plataforma de integración para detectar potenciales generadores de incidentes•Análisis y detección de causa raíz de problemas implementando soluciones definitivas•Actualización del inventario de componentes•Ownership de governance de comunicación•Evolución de herramienta de monitoreo utilizada para detección de errores productivos•Participación en reuniones con el cliente•Alta, baja y modificación de usuarios en herramientas de integración y monitoreo•Control del entorno del ambiente de Producción:•Velar por la calidad de los entregables: buenas prácticas, standards, documentación técnica, error handling•Pasajes a PROD de los entregablesRequerimientos:•Colaborar con equipo de desarrollo en la realización de pruebas en QA•Análisis de requerimientos del cliente relacionados con migración de sistemas, break-fix, nuevos procesos•Colaborar en proyectos de migración de sistemas subyacentes•En el marco del trabajo en equipo:•Trabajar junto al equipo de Baufest buscando mantener un muy buen clima laboral•Trabajar junto al cliente entendiéndolo como parte del equipo, buscando entender y adelantarse a las necesidades•Tener apertura para encontrar oportunidades de mejora•Aplicar estándares técnicos•Promover y velar por el uso de buenas prácticas•Tener iniciativa de aprendizajeHabilidades Personales:•Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.•Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo y de forma independiente.•Orientado a resultados y con capacidad para cumplir con los plazos establecidos.•Actitud proactiva hacia el aprendizaje continuo y la mejora personal y profesional.Propuesta:•Evaluación anual de desempeño y revisión de categorización.•BAU LUNCH: Recibirás un cupón de Pedidos Ya cada viernes del mes.•BAU ANTI-TRAFFIC: En caso de que tu contratación sea en modalidad Híbrida, tendrás opción de elegir tu rango de horario laboral mientras lo avale el proyecto.•BAU UTLITIES: Luego de trabajar 4 años con la misma notebook en Baufest, será tuya•BAU FAMILY: Maternidad y Paternidad.
