As an Inside Channel Manager at Exclaimer, you will play a crucial role in managing a network of over +200 partners within your designated region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute one-to-many programs aimed at driving revenue growth. You will work closely with Cloud Resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and boutique resellers to define their role within Exclaimer's partner programs and ensure alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of 200+ partners within the region, ensuring their needs are met and goals are aligned with Exclaimer's objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new partners who are best suited to execute Exclaimer's partner programs effectively.
  • Activate existing partners to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth.
2. Program Development:
  • Develop one-to-many programs tailored to the needs of partners to facilitate revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that align with Exclaimer's overall business strategy.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
3. Channel Management:
  • Act as a liaison between Exclaimer and its partners, serving as their advocate within the organization.
  • Provide partners with valuable insights on market conditions, business strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Offer guidance and support to partners on leveraging Exclaimer's offerings to maximize business outcomes.
4. Resource Coordination:
  • Ensure that partners have access to necessary resources, including technical and sales support, marketing collateral, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address partner needs and facilitate seamless collaboration.
5. Conflict Resolution:
  • Proactively address conflicts and issues that may arise between Exclaimer and its partners, focusing on maintaining strong, customer-centric relationships.
  • Implement and enforce policies and programs, such as deal registration, to streamline partner interactions and enhance overall satisfaction.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in channel management, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and automation tools to streamline channel management processes.
