We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor , working in Real Estate industry in 1221 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139, United States.

Join Wingate Management Company, an award-winning leader in real estate management, development, and investment. We're looking for Maintenance Supervisorin Cambridge, MA to take charge of the upkeep and enhancement of our community spaces, from rental units and common areas to grounds and parking lots.
Hourly rate: $30.00 $35.00/hour
Shift: 8-hour shift, M-F & on-call. You will follow a set schedule pattern, with any changes communicated by your supervisor. Flexibility and adaptability are needed.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED required; CAMT certification is a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents
- Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation
