We will support your by:

  • Providing customers with quality products and services the first time, on-time, every time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop an account retention and sales growth plan.
  • Build strong, value-added business partnerships with customers.
  • Identify customer requirements and present products, services, and programs to meet their needs.
  • Secure contractual opportunities and increase sales through collaboration with product managers and inside sales associates.
  • Prepare itineraries, call logs, expense reports and update customer account information.
  • Assist the credit department with accounts receivable and collections activities.
  • Consult with marketing on promotional initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school graduate, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum (3) years sales experience in the metals industry.
  • Proven success in account management.
  • Experience directly related to the duties of the position.
  • Strong command of the English language with effective platform and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR; must operate a company vehicle approximately 70% of the time and do so safely in various weather conditions.
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends to entertain customers.
