We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented onboarding specialist to join our team and guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration into our organization.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring an effective onboarding process
  • Assist new hires with the completion of the necessary paperwork, including employee forms and benefits enrollment
  • Accurately input new hire information into a payroll system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Guide new hires through the I-9 process, ensuring all required documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal regulations related to onboarding and employment verification
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of onboarding experience is required
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Results-driven personality with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload
  • Polished and professional presentation and communication style
  • Must be local to DFW as the role will require in-office presence with the option for some remote work
