As a vital member of our treatment team, you will collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures. You will deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy, collect and log detailed behavior and skill acquisition data accurately during sessions, and review behavior plans and instructional materials developed by BCBAs for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures.
  • Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Collect and log detailed behavior and skill acquisition data accurately during sessions.
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials developed by BCBAs for patients.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan implementation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to grow within the role.
