Pilgrim's is committed to delivering exceptional poultry products to families worldwide. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our new team members receive the best possible orientation and onboarding experience.

The primary focus of this position is to provide effective integration into our culture and premier on-the-job training. You will partner with Human Resources, Operations, and Learning & Development teams to oversee the implementation and execution of orientation and onboarding program initiatives.

Key responsibilities include creating successful relationships with business leaders, facility onboarding teams, and various support departments. You will use strong technology and communication skills to improve business outcomes and achieve key metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • 75%+ travel
  • Ability to work fluctuating schedules to cover various shifts
  • Improve and ensure implementation of a standardized hourly and salary orientation program throughout all Pilgrim's facilities
  • Facilitate and produce virtual training for orientation trainers and others interested in advancing their training skills
  • Enhancing employee skills by creating and maintaining job skill assessments for facilities
  • Routinely identify and audit facilities for current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual audits, and consultation with HR managers
  • Promote root cause analysis and creation of action plans that drive results on key metrics
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods that best fit the needs of the facility
  • Standardize, implement, and support a 60-day Onboarding Program to Pilgrim's facilities
  • Facilitate and produce in-person and virtual training for onboarding coordinators and onboarding supervisors
  • Manage travel budget
  • Create rotation schedule for visits to facilities that will meet the needs of the team, including working multiple shifts, changing weeks, or days planned for visit
  • Promote communication and partnership between onboarding and operational teams
  • Promote safety, quality, and company culture on and off the production floor

Outstanding Analytical Skills:

  • Strong experience interpreting results and drawing accurate conclusions

Quality Orientation:

  • Proven work experience on training processes and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom facilitation, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  • General poultry processing knowledge
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and administrative skills
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
