Posting Summary Support the Emergency Department through the coordination of human resources processes; including but not limited to: faculty recruitment, faculty and staff onboarding, coordinate and manage faculty reappointments and promotions, and temporary and student staff recruitments. Process actions and pull reports in PeopleSoft HR and Finance. Support departmental initiatives and projects. Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one to three years’ related experience required. Proficiency with word processing, excel, email, and database management required. Effective communication skills required. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and workload within tight deadlines required. Ability to work independently required. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills required. Desirable Qualifications Previous experience in higher education and/or a health care setting as well as knowledge of process improvement skills are highly desirable.
