Responsibilities
  • Receiving requests for service and matching staff to patient needs
  • Inputting patient and staff schedules and generating weekly calendars
  • Supporting Intake and Medical Records as back-up
  • Documenting scheduling errors
  • Ensuring full-time staff and staff with guarantees meet weekly productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year experience in home care setting
  • Experience in scheduling
  • Ability to work tactfully with patients and the community
