Key Responsibilities
MHW Constructors is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join its project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, with expertise in project planning, earned value management, and risk analysis. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software, working closely with the project team to ensure that project schedules are developed and maintained accurately. The successful applicant will also be responsible for conducting job walks, attending schedule-related meetings, and updating project schedules in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices.

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key qualifications for this role include:
  • A Bachelor of Science or higher university degree in Engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction scheduling, including proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 software.
  • Experience on projects with construction values over $250 million.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer-facing experience.
