We are currently hiring an experienced HR Administrator to join our team, reporting directly to our HR Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain precise and current records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications coordination, and logistical support.
  • Oversee the new employee onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, conducting HR orientations, and assisting with necessary paperwork.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Monitor employee attendance, manage time-off requests, and track paid time off balances.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding timekeeping and leave policies.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal HR communications, such as announcements and HR updates.
  • Compile and input HR data for various reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying updated on changes and assisting in policy updates.
  • Maintain documentation related to HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with payroll provider (ADP Workforce Now) to process biweekly payroll, ensuring that all earnings, deductions, and taxes are accurate.
  • Execute the bi-weekly payroll functions in compliance with external regulations and internal policies for the entire organization.
  • Manage and generate various reports (including audit reports) from timekeeping and payroll systems for other departments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all payroll-related matters and respond to time-sensitive or confidential issues promptly.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Education, Skill & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software (ADP Workforce Now) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Minimum of two years experience with payroll and benefits administration.
