Our Account Manager Trainees work alongside our senior sales team and serve as a critical success to the company’s overall performance.
Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee :
- Review and evaluate customer service and sales departments work to ensure quality and timeliness
- Ensures employees actions are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and boost sales margins
- Establish and report team and individual performance standards
- Assist in planning, executing, and scheduling meetings
- Train alongside existing Management team members to acquire techniques and systems necessary to keep the company running efficiently and smoothly
- Participate in sales, customer service, and management tasks
- Be an expert brand ambassador for our clients
- Connect with customers and provide expert knowledge of products, sales promotions, and services offered by our clients
What we look for in an Account Manager Trainee:
- Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service
- Influential leadership characteristics
- Invest in developing team members and their performance
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details
- Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills
- Upbeat and positive outlook
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members
