Responsibilities include:
- Handle approximately 115 or more calls per day - outbound only.
- Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.
- Communicate professionally with customers and fellow employees.
- Meet or exceed department goals set forth by the department manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience highly preferable
- Computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a call center or the automotive industry is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
