The CRM Solutions Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Fiducient's Dynamics 365 system, ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of data.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Systems & Analytics team, review current CRM configuration and customizations and identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements.
  • Creation, communication, and enforcement of CRM processes and best practices, executing effective change management.
  • Collaborate with all teams across the firm to understand existing business processes and help design enhancements to drive greater efficiency and utilization.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in due diligence efforts with acquisition targets to identify potential integration issues and opportunities.
  • Hands-on integration leader for CRM.
  • Provide ongoing training for existing staff and onboarding training for new hires and acquisitions as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries.
  • Managing and implementing CRM integration with other technology platforms such as portfolio management, trading, financial planning, and internal reporting as well as some administrative responsibilities across those platforms.

Required Education, Professional & Technical Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Work Environment & Travel Requirements

  • This role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and or business/events.
  • This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely.
