Job Summary

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales and marketing plans to provide products to the franchise community, increase Division profitability, and provide excellent customer service to the Franchisees. The Sales Manager also supports activities to build stronger relationships with contracted and preferred vendors.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and manage Product Marketing Plan for all current and future products.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue, franchise engagement, brand presence, and effective franchise support.
  • Directly manage product sales team and ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Identify and hire quality employees and train and develop the team on sales, marketing, and communications.
  • Build relationships with key Franchisees to increase Division revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Compile sales analysis and ensure that every sales and marketing initiative is supported by a ROI analysis.
  • Perform customer reviews and develop initiatives to support the franchise community.
  • Help plan and execute the annual convention trade show.
  • Build and maintain inter-departmental relationships.

Required Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to peak performance.
  • Minimum 5-10 years related sales management or related experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and negotiation skills.
  • Goal orientated and team player with the ability to manage a heavy workload.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced, high-pressure office environment.
  • Standard working hours based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Additional working hours required as needed to complete assignments and projects on schedule.
  • Minimal travel as required for business needs.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands to feel, handle or carry, reach, stoop, kneel, talk, and hear.
  • Frequently required to stand and sit.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
