The ideal candidate needs to be a passionate and analytical technology professional who loves to build strong teams and lead them to deliver high quality products.

Required:

  • 8 + years of experience as a project manager handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams working in different time zones (e.g., US and India).
  • 3+ years of experience working in insurance domain.
  • Must have bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
  • Must have proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development or technology projects.
  • Must have strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall Methodology.
  • Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
