- Ensure effective communication between the Scrum Team and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance using Agile metrics and tools.
- Report team progress and successes to facilitate transparency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading Scrum Teams on Federal Healthcare IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
- Advanced Scrum Master certifications desired.
