About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our Agile project team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding the team in Agile practices, and removing impediments to progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles.
  • Ensure effective communication between the Scrum Team and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using Agile metrics and tools.
  • Report team progress and successes to facilitate transparency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading Scrum Teams on Federal Healthcare IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
  • Advanced Scrum Master certifications desired.
