  • Identify and escalate critical issues and decisions to executives when necessary.
  • Provide strong technical leadership and direction to the project team.
  • Utilize client standard methodologies and the Project Management Methodology (PMM) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence related to project activities.
  • Schedule staff assignments, set work priorities, and direct the efforts of assigned employees.
  • Stay abreast of emerging project management techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Coordinate projects running simultaneously or sequentially to ensure collaboration and communication between project functions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience supervising or overseeing IT-related programs or projects.
  • Certification in Project Management, Agile, or a similar qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies.
  • Strong experience with Agile delivery methods is required.
  • Experience in managing large-scale software implementations is preferred.
  • Proven track record of being results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive goals.
