Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate sprint planning, user story development, and provide training for Business Analysts on Scrum practices.
- Engage with management and team members at all levels to ensure clear communication.
- Utilize Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, focusing on continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the integration of automated testing in the development process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years in application development, systems testing, or related experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT role as a Scrum Master.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a team or Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Application Life Cycle Management/Agile tools, such as VersionOne and Jira.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Scrum Master from a recognized provider.
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
