The Human Resources Coordinator will support the daily operations and processes of the HR department. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, this role supports the successful implementation of recruiting programs, employee onboarding, and employee life cycle for designated site(s).

Essential Functions

    • Recruitment of non-exempt positions at multiple sites to include ad placement, application review, screening interviews and selection of candidates for manager interview and tracking. Conduct Spanish Assessment if required for position.
    • Assist HR Managers in sourcing by researching advertising opportunities, industry specific professional associations and other networks/posting sites
    • Assist with maintenance, revision and creation of job descriptions.
    • Respond to requests for verification of employment.
    • Assist with reference checking, background checks and offer letters.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process, including communication with new hires, organizing welcome materials, monitoring background checks, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
    • Conduct new employee/business unit orientation with new staff. Assisting with site tours and badge retrieval for new employees. Coordinate formal and informal on-boarding plans where necessary.
    • Support college & intern recruiting efforts & attend career fairs as needed.
    • Complete necessary paperwork required to process salary adjustments, status changes, title changes, and transfers.
    • Assist in sensitive and confidential matters such as personnel relations, organizational changes, data and filing.
    • Responding to inquiries from managers and employees, and elevating as necessary.
    • Member of site employee activities committee.
    • Maintenance and organization of Human Resource records such as employee files. Create and organize New Hire employee files.
    • Annual Performance review tracking
    • Track and acknowledge employee anniversaries and site events, creating announcements for internal sharing.
    • Generate and analyze exit survey data, providing monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders.
    • Assist and participate in projects required at any site to ensure success of HR global team.
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
    • Minimum 0 to 2 years' experience in Human Resources
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization
    • Highly organized, with ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Proficient computer skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential employee and Human Resource information is required
