TSCG, a third party, privately held commercial real estate company, located in Atlanta, Georgia is hiring an Assistant Property Manager. The candidate should be able to support and assist our Property Management and Property Accounting team. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environment. This role is based out of our Cobb Galleria office and will require 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Since 1984, our retail real estate platform has provided a full assortment of advisory services to tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and financial institutions throughout our territory. Our work on their behalf is dedicated to the validation of those descriptions. With 21 offices throughout the eastern U.S., we are the largest firm in our field in the United States.

Qualifications Required

  • Commercial real estate property management experience highly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate work experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus
  • Reliable transportation for traveling to client sites, occasionally
  • Clean driving record and responsible driver

Duties to include, but not limited to:
  • Assist a team of Property Managers with tenant relations and other related tasks, including, but not limited to reconciling tenant accounts, collections and tenant documentation management
  • Assist Property Managers with preparation of contracts
  • Vendor coordination and oversight including service agreements, bidding, and COI's
  • Assist team in resolving critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms, and other relevant items
  • Assisting in monthly reports
  • Lease administration, including working knowledge of the following:
    • Compliance of lease
    • Defaults
    • Certificates of Insurance
    • Gross Sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Managing Director, Director of Property Accounting, and other Senior Leaders
