Responsibilities: • Case Management: Monitor the status of all active cases to ensure they are progressing according to schedule. Coordinate with attorneys and staff to address any delays or issues. • Client Communication: Ensure consistent, monthly contact with all clients to provide updates, answer questions, and maintain strong relationships. • Email Management: Review and respond to all emails from clients, vendors, attorneys, and courts with diligence, promptness, and accuracy. • Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications, case updates, and relevant documentation. • Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals and other team members to support the firm’s overall goals and ensure a seamless flow of information and action on each case. • Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or roadblocks in cases and proactively seek solutions. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably with case management responsibilities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with legal software and office technology. • A proactive, client-focused attitude with a commitment to excellent service. • Love of dogs and chocolates is a plus Compensation: $60,000 yearly + bonuses
