We are seeking an ambitious and driven Marketing Manager Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to develop the skills needed to manage marketing campaigns, teams, and client accounts. As a Marketing Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship in all areas of event marketing and campaign management, with opportunities for advancement into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of marketing campaigns for various clients, ensuring they align with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, managing logistics, setup, and on-site customer interactions to ensure successful events.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure team goals are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, keeping them informed of campaign progress and making adjustments based on feedback.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, target demographics, and competitor strategies to inform campaign development.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance through metrics and analytics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Training & Development: Participate in leadership and management training programs designed to build skills in strategic thinking, team management, and client communication.
