We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to join our growing team
JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Strategy Manager is an integral part of the Marketing Communications team and is responsible for supporting the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies for Certified Group. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy and driving the execution of marketing plans. They will manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and deliver results. The individual will implement digital marketing campaigns, analyze digital marketing performance, conduct keyword research, manage ad creatives, monitor paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google and managing the company website. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SEO, keyword research, email marketing, online advertising, PPC campaigns, and have a proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop digital strategy by designing, planning, developing, implementing and managing digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns & re-marketing campaigns that supported lead generation goals and maximize ROI
- Plan and execute an effective SEO strategy that increases targeted, organic traffic to our websites and blogs.
- Continually optimize PPC campaigns by updating keywords, ads and landing pages while improving website performance and security
- Provide weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports with analysis of KPI dashboard strengths and opportunities
- Prepare annual digital marketing budget and mange expenses accordingly
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across all digital marketing campaigns
- Administer marketing automation and CRM Platform, train users, upload data, create workflows, and manage requests for customizations
- Program email communications and design email sequences
- Manage social media channels, develop strategy, design and schedule posts, track analytics
- Support strategic and tactical approaches to Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Assist in the creation and promotion of blog posts, articles and other digital content to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the team. Enhance the abilities of the marketing organization through mentoring and education. Cultivate a collaborative, innovative and inclusive culture within the team.
- Ensure website content is current, relevant and engaging to the target audience. This includes text, images, videos, and blog posts, ensuring all content is SEO-optimized and aligns with the brand's voice and messaging strategy.
- Coordinate with outside parties to ensure the websites are secure from hacking and malware.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility and ranking in search engine results pages.
- Use analytical tools to track website performance metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and user behavior insights. Use this data to make informed decisions on content, design and strategy adjustments.
SUPERVISION
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Business Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Information Systems or relevant field
- 8+ years digital marketing experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Hubspot & Salesforce and in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and paid advertising platforms
- Experience managing multiple aspects of the platform including CRM, email marketing, sequences, deal pipelines and landing page development
- Experience developing content, managing brands on social media and digital marketing analytics
- Familiarity with SEO and PPC
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and workflows
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and data management best practices
- Strong project management skills working with marketing and other departments
- Effective collaborator able to work in project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient user of MS Office, Excel Spreadsheets, and web-based applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and execute timely results.
- Ability to work productively in a remote setting.
