Deal with complex and highly variable issues. Collaborate with client leads and development organizations and partners with business users. Analyze trends at an organizational level to improve processes; follow and analyze industry trends. Exhibit in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas. Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
