We are seeking a Finance Manager to support a global client. This individual will collaborate with Finance Team, including Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A, to deliver valuable insights and recommendations to both the business and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial and budgeting functions, including month-end close, forecasts, and annual budgeting processes.

  • Collaborate with management to support budgeting efforts, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.

  • Provide in-depth financial insights to group heads and stakeholders, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of budgets and forecasts.

  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement agreed-upon enhancements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive analysis and offer recommendations for operational improvements.

  • Research and analyze variances between budgeted amounts and actual revenue and expenses, reporting findings accordingly.

  • Generate and analyze KPIs and other essential operational reports for the business as needed.

  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting templates for use by business partners.

  • Investigate data anomalies to address unstructured problems and present findings to executive management.

  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

  • Create ad hoc templates, reports, and analyses for managers to assess their business operations or key initiatives.

  • Gather and organize inputs necessary for maintaining financial models or plans.

  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure the accurate preparation of monthly financial statements.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive and pertinent information.

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, forecasts, and data modeling.

  • Knowledge of and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

  • Experience managing significant components of large, cross-functional projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully collaborating with partners across various business units and markets to support cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience in providing constructive feedback to team members and addressing performance challenges.

  • Familiarity with delivering presentations and engaging with senior leadership.

  • Ability to build and nurture internal and external business partnerships, leveraging key relationships to meet stakeholder needs and objectives.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including experience with ThinkCell.

  • Familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion systems is a plus.
