Job Overview

Our Product Coordinators deliver on our purpose by making sure that all the details of our customers' projects are complete, submitted, and ordered accurately. We believe that every detail of each project is important and valuable to our customer experience, and Product Coordinators help us bring this belief to life. They coordinate the efforts of multiple departments - accounting, logistics, project management/install, and sales to help us maintain valued relationships with our customers.

Highlights of your role

  • Receive, audit and process measures from project managers in the field. Prepare customers files with all components of a complete order. Communicate with Design Consultants to ensure all parts of an order are complete, accurate, and within scope of project; send questions and request clarification on orders as needed. Address sales related issues with Design Consultants to prevent delays in ordering.
  • Review pending deliveries and verify accuracy of product delivered. Receive and audit order acknowledgements. Review order financials and prepare file cover sheets. Prepare and distribute delivery papers.
  • Assist co-workers on various tasks, projects, and month-end exercises when required
  • Other duties may be assigned from time to time as required.
  • This position will require you to be onsite at least three days per week.
Salary Range

$22-$24 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Experience in the windows and doors industry or building / construction materials industry is helpful
  • Willing to upgrade knowledge as required and ability to adapt to new technology
Also want to make sure you have
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in order management/customer service
  • Excellent math skills
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to details to perform audit functions
