- The healthcare Account Executive is responsible for liaising between potential clients and community representives. Other responsibilities include assuring best contract fulfillment and excellent customer service; working on healthcare promotional programs, on-site medical programs, and other healthcare related services; marketing needs assessment, proposal development, cross-selling to existing customers; and giving sales presentations. planning, coordination, leading, controlling, evaluation, and auditing of services.
- Analyze the potential of the companys service area to determine target markets.
- Ensure that all metrics in the Marketing and Census Reports are accurate and progressing towards organizational growth of 5% or higher.
- Analyze company's organization to determine its strengths and weakensses.
- Anyalyze past and current marketing data.
- Complete an analysis of the companys product line.
- Analyze patient/company relationships.
- Develop sales/marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
- Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
- Review and evaluate the analysis and plan on an established basis.
- Coordinates with other program areas and senior management as appropriate according to the organizational structure.
- Participates in selected orientation programs.
- Assists in the evaluation of community needs and plans programs and services to meet with identified needs.
- Participates in state, national, and selective conferences and workshops to promote knowledge in community health trends, efficiency in job performance and overall professional growth.
- Participates with other health, civic, education, and professional groups as directed by the Administrator and Governing Board.
- Evaluates own job performance and utilization of resources in planning for organizational and own professional growth.
- Learns, evaluates, and applies when preproperate industry best standards to ensure that GenCare remains an employer and provider of choice.
- Encourages and assists personnel to continue self-improvement through formal education, educational meetings, and active participation in professional and related organizations.
- Ensure follow up care calls and visistis are scheduled and documented with all patients and families who are discharged from hospital or rehab facillities.
- Data entered here will feed to the Position Announcement and Evaluation sheets
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have criminal history background check in accordance to law and GenCare Resources, LLC. policies and procedures.
- Able to be a direct employee, with supervisory duties.
- Ability to be utilize metrics (DON Census Report) to inform processes towards continuous process improvement in all service areas.
- Travel is required, by care or airplane to local, out-of-town, or state seminars, conferences, or meetings.
- Must have the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
- This position has access to patient medical and financial records, thus must adhere to all federal, state, local, and organizational privacy laws, guidelines, and requirements.
- Equipment Requirements: Computer, mobile telephone, laptop, office multiline phone, general office equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, stooping, walking, talking in-person, talking via telephone, minimal lifting (15 lbs.).
- AUTHS & ORDERS: Achieve and maintain 100% of 485 Plan of Care (POCs) must be signed and up-to-date.Total auths authorized 100% target, total pending
