The administrative assistant is largely responsible for assisting senior management with the day-to-day operations of each site. These duties include but are not limited to, answering phones, assisting with the receiving and distribution of all mail and UPS deliveries, and being a physical receptionist in the building to help greet guests and provide a professional environment for the consumer or any other visitor to the building. The administrative assistants are also frequently utilized for projects related to the operations to avoid the interruption of a more specified role.
What you will do for TC&E:
- Assisting senior management or executives with any operational-related tasks requiring assistance
- Receiving, organizing, and delivering all shipments to and from their specified locations
- Providing professional and timely phone answering with the ability to know whom within the organization to transfer calls to depending on their needs
- Overall maintenance of the office and its surroundings to provide a professional and organized environment to any visitors; mainly consumers coming to the office to execute loan documents
- High School diploma/GED required
- Professional appearance; well spoken
- High level of communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
