Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms and maintaining reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen areas
- Perform administrative duties including updating databases
- Property management correspondence
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
