What You’ll Do:

  • Drive business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the company's client base within the Florida market.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with ideal partners within our industry.

  • Understand the unique needs and preferences of clients, creating tailored sales strategies and experiences that resonate with our discerning clientele.

  • Identify new market trends and develop targeted marketing initiatives to appeal to TLBC's ideal client base.

  • Represent The Luxury Bed Collection at events, networking functions, and industry gatherings to promote our offerings and establish a strong presence within the luxury market.

  • Foster and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and sales.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Capture client data and cultivate new business opportunities.

  • Elevate client experiences through effective handling of administrative tasks and showroom merchandising.

  • Demonstrate passion as a TLBC brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.

  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique and memorable client experiences.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or relevant client-related roles.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales results and driving business development.

  • Strong passion for premium sales, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to balance closing sales and building long-term customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.

This is a full-time position with a starting base salary of up to $48,000 per year (depending on experience), a generous commission structure, full benefits, and ample room for growth.
