Previous experience in IT/graphic design-related roles is advantageous, showcasing a strong foundation in digital technologies. Proficient in English, with proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset. Must be at least 18 years old. Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide these). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must. Physical Requirements: Technical Endurance: Ability to maintain focus and effectiveness during extended periods of IT support. Equipment Handling: Proficient in lifting and managing IT hardware up to 50 pounds, contributing to the smooth setup and maintenance of technology. Exceptional Hearing: Your acute hearing enhances understanding and resolution of technology inquiries. Keen Vision: Your sharp eyes will identify and resolve technological issues, refining IT solutions for optimal efficiency. Clear Communication: Effective communication within the IT team is essential for providing support to associates. Manual Dexterity in Tech Tools: Your skilled hands adeptly handle IT tools and devices with precision, demonstrating proficiency in tasks such as hardware installation. Step Stool and Ladder Use: Ability to confidently use a step stool or ladder as needed. Ability to Walk Up and Down Several Flights of Stairs: Capable of navigating multiple flights of stairs efficiently while performing IT duties.
