The Emergency Response Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance to residents who activate emergency alerts, as well as patrolling and securing buildings and the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor resident alerts and respond accordingly
- Handle after hour emergencies in residential areas
- Patrol the campus and report maintenance issues
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state of Florida LPN, EMT, or Paramedic license
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of emergency response experience preferred
