Salary: $125-150K DOE + potential sign-on bonus

One of our full-service small agency clients is looking for an Account Director to join their team for an exciting position helping lead the agency's account team and overseeing several key client accounts.

This Account Director will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and improving client relationships across the client roster, and able to drive the agency's ability to understand each client's needs and unique business challenges.

The Account Director should have proven experience leading agency account teams, be comfortable working closely with agency leadership/C-Suite, have some level of comfort driving/supporting new business efforts; ultimately helping the agency grow and always exceed client expectations.

Ideal Account Director candidates will have:
- At least 10-15+ years of agency or client-side marketing experience as an Account Director, Associate Account Director, Brand/Marketing Director, or client services leader.
- BA degree in advertising, marketing, comms, PR or related field of study
- Proven experience and passion for delivering industry leading client service - collaborative, trustworthy, able to build rapport, etc.
- Proven ability to drive agency teams to deliver/execute on key client requests/projects, hold teams accountable to client objectives/strategy, with the ability to operate at a high strategic level as well as get into the day-to-day needs of the each client's business as needed
- Able to leverage performance metrics and use them to make smart business decisions in the best interest of clients and the agency team
- Strong account planning/strategy skills, able to identify and communicate objectives, oversee agency resources, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Strong attention to detail, passion for delivering best-in-class work across fully integrated campaigns and client deliverables - i.e. broadcast, print, traditional, digital/web, social, etc.
- Strong communicator, able to lead internal/external meetings, command a room/stage, listen to internal agency stakeholders, and be the voice of the client within the agency
- Curious, always pushing to better understand the client's business, and unafraid to ask tough questions, hold people accountable, and make sure all teams/stakeholders are on the same page.

*Candidates must be local to Denver, CO (onsite 3 days/week)
