Support Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) implementation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to include planning, testing, preparation, go live and support. Work with travel management company (TMC) for any booking related issues and help user with their travel bookings, Troubleshoot for any booking with air, hotel, and taxi. Implementation of ONE ERP and working on Release 11 and on future releases. Provide enhancement ideas to make booking process simple and implementation of new features. Consult with global concur travel team to update hotel program for stakeholders. Employee import integration and validation of data. Advise global concur expense team on multitude of information such as system errors, company specific data additions, and incorrect postings, to make financial statements clear more efficiently. Communicate, work with, and train numerous employees to ensure compliance with travel, expense, and credit card policies. Responsible to backup credit card administrator who is responsible for 1,500 corporate cardholders ensuring credit limits are accurate and available in accordance with issuance guidelines. Cardholders will increase to approximately 2,700. Support accounts payable on employee banking errors in employee central and systems errors in SAP. Assist in troubleshooting concur expense reporting errors to maintain consistent flow of reporting to SAP. Accountable for monthly and yearly credit card reporting, including financial credit card statements. Train accounting review companies on North America expense reporting standard operating procedure to ensure all policies all followed when they perform accounting review in Concur. Background & Skills Some college required; 2-year degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams 3+ years of experience working with integrated ERP-processes including SAP Concur & SAP ERP. Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple projects. Deep understanding of Travel & Expense/ Accounts Payable Process. Willingness to work with systems (SAP ERP, SpendDynamics, CentreSuite and SAP Concur) Ideally, multi-culturally experienced or willing to cope in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment (stakeholders are from around the globe) Diligent, reliable work ethics Good communication and presenting skills, ideally experience as trainer.
