About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will provide critical support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage complex clerical operations, including filing systems and automated databases

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in applying departmental and City policies and procedures
