We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) at our Warwick, RI location.

The Intake Team is the heart and hub of the practice. The tasks described below allow us to add new patients, manage existing patients, support clinician productivity and satisfaction, promote RCM success, and successfully communicate with patients, families, and referral sources.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, and work experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Warm, intelligent, articulate, detail oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Willing to learn and grow in the position.
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Manage patient experience in the suite/at the reception window.
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Serve as dedicated admin for 6-12 clinicians.
  • Dedicated admins manage their clinicians' schedules, and new patient flow, and help with administrative tasks such as phone calls, paperwork, follow-up on lab work or medical record requests, etc.
  • Also handles our processes around record requests.
