- Test and troubleshoot PCs.
- Deploy wireless access points.
- Document build and deployment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide excellent customer service skills.
- Required to be competent to meet confidentiality requirements, follow departmental policy and procedures and not limited to Riverview Health policy and procedures.
- Minimum: High School Diploma Associate Degree in Information Systems or other related field or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university. Relevant professional certifications
- Minimum: Six (6) months or more experience with PC hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and terminology
