About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping requirements to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database information, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, purchasing, and technical services, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
