Job Description
With over 20 years of experience as a trusted audiology practice in Buffalo, New York, The Audiology Center has established itself as a thriving hearing center dedicated to delivering exceptional audiological care and personalized solutions for individuals with hearing loss.

As a result of their commitment to continued patient care, they are experiencing significant growth and seeking a patient-centered Audiologist dedicated to providing the highest level of care to join their team.

The Audiologist will utilize the full scope of audiology to provide professional and compassionate care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a full range of audiological hearing evaluation and diagnostics to adult and pediatric patients.
  • Fitting and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Verifit verification.
  • Performing comprehensive audiological evaluations, speech in noise tests, MCL and UCL tests, speech reception threshold, and word recognition tests.
  • Performing and interpreting Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission Screenings (DPOAEs).
  • Bone-anchored hearing aid candidacy testing and programming.
  • Cochlear Implant evaluations and programming.
  • Performing videonystagmography (VNG) and other diagnostic tests to evaluate the vestibular system.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and/or Doctorate in Audiology, licensed in New York (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Ability to prioritize and handle a full schedule of patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and patient-centered environment.
