JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safe timely delivery of raw materials to the chemical operations, and for the timely removal and restocking of all unused raw materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Responsible for the safe, efficient and timely delivery of raw materials to the chemical
operations.
  1. Responsible for the safe and efficient removal of unused raw material and appropriate
restocking.
  1. Maintenance of materials in hot boxes to meet daily demands of production.
  2. Responsibility for unloading non-bulk trailers continuously throughout the day.
  3. Notification of appropriate parties of outbound shipments.
  4. Responsible for accurate computer inventory systems data.
  5. Work to ensure the operability of equipment is maintained to high standards.
  6. Knowledgeable in handling of chemical spills and actively participates in clean up.
  7. Maintenance of good housekeeping standards at all times.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

EXPERIENCE:

1+ yearsofrelated experience and training.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS

Forklift License.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
