About the Mid-Market Carrier Channel Account Specialist

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Google's reach within the mid-market segment through strategic partnerships with leading U.S. Telecom Carriers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at these carriers, driving sales of Pixel phones, tablets, and watches.

Location: Illinois - Remote

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on mid-market Telecom Carrier partners.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts at carrier partners, acting as a trusted advisor on Google Pixel products.
  • Present and negotiate deals, driving sales of Pixel phones, tablets, and watches within the mid-market segment.
  • Collaborate with Google Inside Sales Representatives, Google Channel Account Managers, and Google website leads to ensure a seamless sales experience for mid-market partners.
  • Identify and qualify leads generated through various sources, including mid-market events and online channels.
  • Attend industry events and conferences focused on the mid-market and telecommunications industry.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Google Pixel products, features, and competitive landscape.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, partner relationships, and lead generation.
What will you need to succeed?
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with key partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the mid-market sales landscape and telecommunications industry dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Pixel products and their competitive advantages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on KPIs.

The pay range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 and is paid annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role's responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
