Client: Milwaukee-based manufacturer.

We're on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join our client's vibrant, expanding, and FUN team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain the reliability and scalability of our core infrastructure.
  • Oversee servers, networks, databases, and other critical systems, ensuring availability and efficiency.
  • Provide general support of Windows servers, SAN Storage, virtual server infrastructure, Firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Research and recommend hardware and software solutions and provide input on future design.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for end-users.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

Key Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in systems & network administration.
  • Deep and hands-on experience with VMWare, networking, Exchange & Office365, Windows and Linux servers, and cloud-hosted systems (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're supportive and engaged teammate.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services.
  • Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
