Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Littleton, CO. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Performs various secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member.
- Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical numerical or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving referring or answering mail.
- Take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions about office operations and established policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and direction to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.

Pay: $ 19.64/hr
Hours: 4/10-1st Shift
Length: Temp (4 months)

Job RequirementsRequired Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Supply Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with coordinating site events.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with completing Expense Reports.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with all Microsoft Office Products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting director-level management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple calendars.
