At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electric vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've achieved remarkable growth since our founding in 2013. However, our journey is just beginning, and we are looking for a culturally aligned Territory Account Manager to be part of this exciting new phase in the U.S. market.

This vital sales role focuses on cultivating and maintaining high-performance relationships with PSI's clients while driving mutual success. The Territory Account Manager will foster connections with customers and demonstrate the value of PSI's products, programs, and services. You'll assess client needs and provide solutions to drive impactful business outcomes.

In this vital sales role, you will cultivate high-performance relationships with PSI's clients while also serving as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and values. The ideal candidate will assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, build, and nurture long-term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a brand ambassador for PSI.
  • Consistently achieve sales quotas while ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Manage communications between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of account needs, adapting to changes in client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on account objectives and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyze client data to enhance relationship management and improve client outcomes.
  • Forecast and track account metrics to ensure continued growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to provide tailored solutions that align with PSI's mission.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Tactical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • 3+ years of Account Management experience.
  • Strong business acumen, particularly in the retail sector.
  • Experience in a competitive product category or market is preferred.
